Hackerman is a short game made for N8Jam. The theme of the jam was "break the system" hence the hacking theme. 

At it's core, hackerman is a simple platformer. However you may find that what the game tells you isn't always what you need to do.

This game is a prototype. It may or may not get new content in the future.

This was also my very first game jam (and also first actual release) so I am very proud of what I was able to accomplish in under a week.

Version 1.1 was released after the jam ended, but contains only one fix: escape velocity is theoretically no longer possible

WebGL build is identical to Version 1.1 with the exception of a button was moved

The game was built targeting Windows, as a result the WebGL build seems to have some weird quirks, including missing audio, and one secret that is not possible to get due to a specific keybind that interferes with the browser. For the full experience, download the latest Windows build.
